Introduction	Robin is the author of the Measurable Management Program. After getting his teaching qualifications from the Victoria University of Manchester (Didsbury College) he taught Drama for over 7 years in high school and community college. He joined Xerox UK in 1981 and was a very succesful salesperson. He rose through the ranks to manage the sales teams in Leeds, Newcastle and Warrington before leaving Xerox in 1990 to form his own company McQuillan-Byrne Ltd. Robin was given a publishing contract with FT Knowledge who are the Financial Times division of the media giants the Pearson Group. Measurable Management was first published by FT Knowledge in 1998. Robin is now located in Sioux Falls South Dakota and works with Williams & Co. Communications Inc. marketing Measurable Managent across the USA through an ever growing network of licensed organizations. He is recognized internationally as an authority on leadership and change management and has given talks and radio interviews around the world from South Africa to Hawaii on these subjects. Measurable Management has been nominated for the 2011 United Nations Positive Peace Award.
