Introduction	I am a writer of fiction, mostly. My debut short story collection, A MAN MELTING, won the 2011 Commonwealth Writers Prize Best First Book. My novel THE MANNEQUIN MAKERS was published in 2013 in Australia and New Zealand, a Romanian translation came out in 2016, the US edition came out at the end of 2017 and the UK edition dropped in 2019. NAILING DOWN THE SAINT, a novel about fatherhood, Hollywood and levitation was published in 2019. My latest book is OFFSHORE SERVICE & OTHER STORIES (OUP, 2026), the third installment in the Lanfdall Tauraka Short Story Series.
