Introduction | "YOU CAN'T DO IT ANY YOUNGER!" That was the advise my Mother always gave me. So, being alone and in post-retirement mode, with the kids on their own and living thousands of miles away it was time to act. I followed her advise. I bought my first boat. I gave up my residence. I donated most of what I owned, and moved aboard a 27 foot sailboat. Now it is time to overcome the problems of age pains, the limited resources of a Bush economy survivor, and learning to fix, modify, and adapt Soul Mate and myself to make a working unit of man, boat, and cat, to cruise into the sunset. Because, as Mom always said, "...You can't do it any younger." |
