| Introduction | I'm the oldest of 6. I was born & raised in NE, but I've traveled all over the US. I have a MSE with plans for a PhD. I'm an educator-once 7-12 science teacher, future professor. May 30, 2007 ended my 1st life, took my then-partner, & gave me a TBI, with which I'll be dealing for the rest of my 2nd life. Oh, and I'm a butch lesbian who's very out, since age 27. Besides the car accident that injured my brain and forced me to learn how to function in this world, I've been hit by three cars (as of 4-27-12), once as a pedestrian and twice on my bicycle, all because of inattentive drivers hurriedly turning. |
