Introduction	As an Instructional Designer and Technologist, Trainer, and Technical Writer, Joe designs and develops learning solutions. He earned his Masters of Science Degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University, Pennsylvania. Focusing on Instructional Design Models and Theory, he has managed the design and development of various instructional products, each with a learner-centered focus. He has trained diverse, global workforces in both classroom and remote environments. In the role of technical communicator, he has focused on Learning Resources Development and User Interface Design.
