Introduction	I am a grad student in philosophy studying to hopefully be a professor someday. I am also married, to the most beautiful woman in the world, and we have a beautiful daughter.
Interests	People, Theology, Philosophy, Sports, Economics, Other Sciences, Movies, Music.
Favorite Movies	Forrest Gump, the Star Wars movies, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, any comic book movie, Idiocracy, to name a few : ) .
Favorite Books	A bunch of philosophical books covering the whole history of philosophy. I'm especially interested in Thomistic participation metaphysics, hermeneutics, and the philosophy of science. A hidden gem, in my opinion, is Michael Polanyi's "Personal Knowledge." Heidegger's "Being and Time, " Hegel's "Phenomenology of Spirit, " and Wittgenstein's "Philosophical Investigations" are some of my favorite philosophical books outside my main interests, and they all influence my thinking in different ways. In Theology, outside of the classical sources, J.H. Newman, Yves Congar, Teilhard de Chardin, Joseph Ratzinger, and some contemporary writers in Europe have had a great influence on my thinking. I don't read a lot of fiction but I have enjoyed a lot of the fiction I have read: Tolkien, Shakespeare, Dostoyevsky, etc.
