| Introduction | Born and raised in a small town in Oregon...I married my long time love and we settled down to have kids. I am a stay at home mom, and trying to juggle that with schooling to get my degree. My favorite hobby involves being in the kitchen though! I love to gather inspiration for cooking from anything on Food Network....The Next Food Network Star, Chopped, Iron Chef America, Bobby Flay, Paula Deen, Rachael Ray, Giada at Home, Cooking for Real with Sunny Anderson, Secrets of a Restaurant Chef with Anne Burrell, Sandra Lee, Best Thing I Ever Ate, Diners-Drive~ins-and-Dives, Guy's Big Bite....also love Top Chef on Bravo, and Nigella is my idol! OH! And let's not forget Gordon Ramsay!! Not only is he like my secret crush (okay...not so secret anymore!), but he's honest about food. As much as I love him though, he'd probably reduce me to tears if I ever attempted to be on Hells Kitchen or Master Chef! But The F Word shows his softer and more humorous side, and he's totally kick butt on Kitchen Nightmares... |

| Favorite movies | I'm not a critic. I like a lot of stuff that gets bad reviews. I see a lot of animated features being a mom to young boys, and those are always a lot of fun to watch and keep me young at heart! |
| Favorite music | I love rock in general. A big fan of Glam/Arena rock from the 80's and 90's. |
| Favorite books | The Day After Tomorrow by Allan Folsom. THE most unpredictable mystery novel I've ever read...left my jaw dropping at the end. I'm a big fan of the Dictionary and Thesaurus too. |
