Introduction	I like cooking. I like baking. I am particularly fixated on pies. I like letting ingredients shine through. I love learning new techniques. I have little patience with unnecessary fussiness. I don't own a food processor (but wish I did). I used to turn cream and egg whites by hand, but as a proud Kitchen Aid owner, I don't have to any more. (Thank god!) I like to share simple recipes with my non- and minimal- cooking friends. I think one should always trust the ingredients.
