| Introduction | Let me begin by describing myself as an individual who loves food. I have never been a student at a professional culinary school much less taken a cooking class so as you can guess from the name of my blog, my palate is your typical unrefined palate. I can't pinpoint what spices or ingredients are in a dish, but I can tell you whether or not it is worth the bite! I love to eat and experience food that is prepared in every way imaginable. I try to visit every new restaurant that comes to San Antonio and I try to experience all types of food. Friends usually ask for my opinion when it comes to San Antonio restaurants and I can say with confidence that 9 times out of 10, everyone is pleased.
