| Introduction | Mrs. Rockinblu and I sold our house of 34 years as a FSBO in March of 2008. We moved from Glen Carbon, Il to Austin where our two sons have been living with their families, at that time, for over 10 years. We finally succumbed to their pressure, and all Austin has to offer. It truly must be the Live Music Capital of the World. We have downsized from a 3100sf house to a 1150 2/2 apartment in the SoCo area of Austin. We are thrilled to death with our move. |
