Introduction	I love to cook and eat. I found out in August of 2010 that I have Celiac Disease and have started cooking entirely Gluten-Free! I have updated most of my previous recipes to have GF substitutes and every thing I post going forward will be GF. I love to take pictures of everything, including food.
