| Introduction | I am Trinity Rose a pre-op male to female transsexual undergoing my transition from male to female. I have had facial feminization surgery (FFS) with Dr. Douglas Ousterhout (Dr.O) and Dr. Mark Zukowski (Dr.Z) So far it is a bumpy road for me with my first surgeries but as they say life goes on I am learning from my mistakes and accomplishments as far.
