| Introduction | I am a locally trained chef who has been teaching fun, informative....and delicious classes in the Rockford area for the last four years. Here is how a came to be a chef/instructor: I received my training at the locally renowned Grand Rapids Community College's Culinary Arts program. I have endeavored to work in every aspect of the culinary world- starting at the age of fourteen at the infamous westsider's hangout- Sandy's Donuts, what fun! I then moved on to a busy and rambunctious downtown Deli. Next was catering for the Marriott Corporation,and blah blah blah, here I am now after working in tons of places!!! Now I teach fun cooking classes and give out my hints and tips! |
