| Introduction | I have worked in Childhood Practice since 1999 in a variety of different roles from Playgroup Manager to Childhood Practice Lecturer to my now current role as the ELC Strategic Partnerships Manager, National Day Nurseries Association, Scotland. I have worked as an associate tutor with both the University of Edinburgh and the University of Dundee and sit on the Board of Flexible Childcare Service Scotland. My research interests include the role of love and policy in Early Learning and Childcare in Scotland. I have recently completed my research study into love-led practice in ELC to gain an MPhil in Education. The views on this blog are purely my own based on my experience in ELC and my University studies over the years. |
