Baked goods such as cupcakes, cookies, and muffins fulfill our minds each day as we sit in class. We drink coffee and eat pastries and although we might sound like a bunch of baking fanatics...we're not! Our sweet tooth overwhelms us to the point that it replaces our typical three course meal with baked goodies. Pastries are quickly judged as sugar filled carbs, but there is more to pastries than just the typical one part sugar, and one part flour. There are all types of ingredients out there that one can use. That's why we are here. Baked goods can be glamorized anyway you want. Here we have the history, the types, and the ingredients you need to satisfy your hunger for baked treats. The best thing is, you can post your own recipes on the page and we’ll try them.
