| Introduction | I'm a thirty something marketing professional working for a Fortune 100 company. You name a marketing tactic and I’ve probably tried it at least one time: cause marketing, direct marketing, design (I’m no designer), multi-cultural marketing, producing TV and radio spots, media buying, event planning, contract negotiation for sponsorships, eMarketing, grass roots marketing and the list goes on and on. For more than 10 years, I've been guiding and helping small business owners in their marketing, branding and advertising practices. I've recently fallen in love with Inbound Marketing (SEM, SEO, Social Media, etc.) and in order to practice my new love, I've decided to write a blog. I am going to write about what I know and that is helping the small business owner with their marketing and advertising. I have a special place in my heart for the "Mom and Pop" shop around the corner. By chronicling my adventures and mis-adventures, I am hoping to help at least one of you out there. |
