| Introduction | Born and raised in Illinois my husbands job brought us to Western Wyoming in 2010 and we haven't looked back. My kids are into everything and I'm always right with them trying out new... well, everything. I teach fitness classes at a local recreation center and now have my certification to be a health coach. I'm all about helping people make their lives healthier by making health fit into their lives.
