I thought it was time to update my profile picture as well. Aug 2012 - now a full time evangelist just starting out on this exciting new phase in my life. Original profile 2008. Celebrated a significant birthday in 2008 - and I decided life begins at 50! Been widowed and then divorced (yes, 2 husbands), have a fantastic daughter who got married in 2009, belong to a great church (Baptist)and in 2007 re-connected with God in a big way! I like being with people but also enjoy my own company. I love variety, new experiences, being taken out of my 'comfort zone' -I believe that's how we grow and learn. Been in full time employment now for 2 years after 8 months recovering from illness. Did some admin at church (unpaid), part time in a coffee shop (paid -a bit!). Also, I do sit in the coffee shop sometimes and write (that's how a certain famous writer with the initials JKR started I believe?) so you never know...... ??? |
| Interests | I love dancing (jive, blues, salsa). I play trumpet & flugel horn. I've always got a book on the go-novels, biographies and any Star Trek book I can find! Cooking, entertaining, cross stitch and other crafts - all things I enjoy. Improving my IT skills |
