Introduction	Marie D. A. Williams is an independent historian living in Upstate New York. She obtained her B.A. in social studies adolescent education from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY and her M.A. in American history from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH. Her book, "The Revolutionary War in the Adirondacks: Raids in the Wilderness" was published by The History Press in 2020.
