Introduction	I am a small town Iowa girl. I was born in Iowa and have never lived in any other state, although I have visited quite a few of the other ones. I did live on a farm for several years - during the married years - and I did enjoy it. When I was younger, I thought the farm was okay to visit but I never wanted to be a "farm wife". It is a great place to raise children. My daughter was raised there for most of her first eighteen years. I just have one daughter that I gave birth to. I lived in a college dormitory - as the supervisor - for 16 years, so I have a whole bunch of kids across the USA and some foreign countries that at one time may have called me Mom. My daughter is married and lives in KC,KS. Her husband is a great guy - just a bit wacky - which is okay with us. He has two kids (sorry, they are now young adults) Andrew, 19 and Chelsea, 18. Life has thrown me a lot of twists and turns and it certainly didn't take the ones I expected it to take but I have been very blessed to have a wonderful family and great friends.
