Introduction	I am a 46 year old wife, mom, nurse practitioner, and a triathlete! With 4 sprint triathlons during 2013 & 2014, I became completely hooked and recently finished my first half-ironman. I've lost 40 lbs but the weight comes off slowly because I have major sugar and carb addictions. :-( Hope you enjoy my musings about weight loss and the wonderful world of triathlon.
