Introduction	I am Pavan Kumar M.P,working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Science and Engineering at J.N.N College of Engineering since Aug 2010. I did my B.E from VTU University and Under the Guidance of Dr H.S Nagendraswmy, Associate Professor, Dept. of studies in Computer Science, UOM ,Mysore. I did my M.Sc(Engineering) by Research Post-Graduation,I have Nine years of teaching and 5 years of Research experience . I have taught the following courses for Undergraduate students such as Computer Networks, Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Programming In C and Data Structurs, Principal of Programming Language, Database management system, Software Testing and Image Processing. I received the RASTRAPATHI AWARD IN THE YEAR2002 from Late President of India Mr K.R Narayan. I have guided 16 Undergraduate Projects and 1 Postgraduate Projects. I have published 2 paper in International Journals, 1 International Conference Papers, and 1 national conference. Currently I am doing research in the area of image vision and Filter Design at VTU.
