| Introduction | I'm simple, really. My children and my husband are my greatest joys in life. I love bright sunshine in the morning. I love playdates with the kids. I love weekends, because they're usually spent having fun as a family. It's a happy life now, and because boundless joy never came this easy before, I'm savoring every second of it. These are precious times. :) |
| Interests | I'm interested in helping kids gain their Constitutional entitlements to safety. Specifically, the 14th Amendment of the Constitution defines citizenship, and qualifies it as a birthright. As part of that birthright, citizens are due equal protection under the law. That can and should include assault laws. That can and should include assault regardless of where it happens, including at home. But our state laws don't say that yet -- they don't match up. I hope to see them aligned in my lifetime. |
| Favorite movies | Oh, bunches of them. I like stand up comedy DVDs and I love feel good, family friendly movies. I like historical drama too. |
| Favorite music | Again, lots. I lean toward alternative and acoustic sounds, but I like a little bit of everything. My current favorites today are Pink, Tori Amos, Sarah McLaughlin, the Dave Matthews Band and Jack Johnson. I'll probably cycle through another set of sounds tomorrow. :) |
