Introduction	I am, first and foremost, a believer in Jesus Christ, and my greatest desire is to make Him the central focus of my life and my home. I am a pastor's wife and the mother of 10 super-cool children (ages 7-27). I have children through birth, marriage, and adoption. Seven of our children still live at home, where we homeschool. It is also one of my greatest joys to have my five grandchildren live nearby (and their parents too, of course!). In January of 2010, I had gastric bypass surgery, and I have lost about 160 pounds, which has been an amazing journey, physically and spiritually. Every year...every day...God opens my eyes to new ways I have allowed myself to be conformed to the world's ways of thinking and behaving...and how I can choose to follow Him more closely and be transformed more completely into the likeness of Jesus. Welcome to the chronicles of my life as a work in progress!
