| Introduction | I am blessed. I live a wonderful simple life, with two amazing children. I love to read, to learn new things and to have fun. I'm trying to live a sustainable life, and love to grow veggies, shop at markets, and I'm a passionate advocate for buying handmade. Food is a very important part of my life. I want to know that I feed my family the very best foods available to us, with a minimal amount of processed foods, and chemicals. I'm a firm believer in localisation, buying and supporting local makers, growers, industry and economy - this will improve our footprint on the earth, our health, and the health of our community. I'm a bit of a modern day hippie - and proud of it! |
