| Introduction | CarbonKid87 or "CA-K:" is a well-known performer and producer of ambient music from Porto Alegre/RS. He produced poetry intensely from 2006 until 2009 when he had not even read a book of poetry in his life. He draws inspiration from the contradictory emotions inherent in contemporary chaos, uses the human condition to transcend in his works. In partnership with the Plastic Artist Leonel Braz, he produced in 2008 the installation called "Pá-Pírus: Arte, Poesia e Piração!" where he illustrated his poems on a 65 meter long strip of paper that surrounded the "Sala do Poeta" on the ground floor of Usina do Gasómetro in Porto Alegre/RS. |
