Introduction	I am a licensed Texas Falconer and love to fly Hawks. I cook a lot of Texas style barbecue and am writing a cookbook on Texas Ranch House and Deer Camp foods. You will often find me hunting or fishing with others. I enjoy getting kids started in the Outdoor sports.
