Favorite Movies	Mob movies, war films, westerns, bio-pics, comedies. Not necessarily in that order ... well, maybe in that exact order.
Favorite Music	Steve Earle, Townes Van Zandt, Social Distortion, Johnny Cash, Robert Earl Keen, Freddy Fender, Robert Johnson, The Pogues, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Fred Eaglesmith, Merle Haggard, Guy Clark, John Prine, Oasis, The Supersuckers, Turnpike Troubadours, Texas Tornados ... Wow, perhaps it would be easier to just say alt.country/americana/folk/singer-songwriter/blues with a side of old school country and bluegrass when I'm not listening to tejano/conjunto, punk and/or alternative ... No, I guess that really wasn't much easier.
Favorite Books	Hardcore Troubadour: The Life and Near Death of Steve Earle (because it reads like fiction), Capitalism and Freedom, A Random Walk Down Wall Street, The Jungle (because I like to make sausage ... literally and metaphorically), Atlas Shrugged, Box Socials, Biography of Winston Churchill, Watership Down (yeah, I know it's about rabbits ... don't judge me).
