Introduction	Sam & Hilary Woollard have been married for nearly 45 years and this is the 11th house they have lived in during their marriage. Early years were spent in Essex and later years in Devon apart from six years living in the USA. Sam is a dedicated retiree nearly 70 years old while Hilary is only slowly edging into part time retirement. They are great "fixer uppers" and this is the third house that they have renovated.
