| Introduction | My name is Ilona, blogging as 'Crazy Dutch Foodie'. I think about food every minute of the day; eating it, buying it, cooking it, talking about it, when I travel the first thought of the day is 'where are we going to lunch' and I always try to taste the local specialties wherever I go. All of that preferably in the company of a good glass of wine! So I guess I'm pretty much a crazy Dutch foodie :).
