| Introduction | On Tuesday October 4, 2016, I suddenly developed a headache and sore eye. Over the next few days my eye closed shut and the constant pain became unbearable. By Saturday I was in surgery having a brain tumour removed, and 15 days later diagnosed with cancer. I am writing this blog to document my experience and also help me keep all my amazing family and friends informed of the latest news. I've always loved writing and this is my way of dealing with my situation while at the same time giving thanks to all those amazing people out there who have reached out to me and are helping me every day through this experience. |
