| Introduction | Gregory, principal of Patina Consultants, LLC, completed his B.S. with High Distinction in Landscape Architecture, then a Masters in Landscape Architecture at Pennsylvania State University. While a student at Penn State, Mr. Olsen began his enduring interest in the revitalization of older towns like the one he grew up in - Elderton, Armstrong County - particularly pertaining to eldercare. Since 1994, he has consulted on land use, architecture, and structural projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Vermont. Greg is currently an Adjunct Instructor of Landscape Architecture at Penn State University where he is teaching design theory and implementation. He brings his considerable expertise in architectural renderings and design solutions to Kennett Square, PA where PatinaCare is currently guiding redevelopment. |
