| Introduction | I am married. I have two children, a boy and a girl. I currenlty work at a Day Spa & occasionally write for our town's local magazine. I used to have my own column called Acts Of Kindness. After my daughter was born, I did art shows while they were growing up so I could be a stay at home mom. Later moved to the country to raise my daughter who was still in elementary school while my son a senior, opted to stay behind in the LA area. Now my kids have flip flopped... My daughter is back in LA pursuing an acting career and my son has moved to Paso Robles to raise his 7 yr year old daughter. When we moved to Paso Robles we opened up a store called Rose In The Woods. It was a very successful little gift store. In 2003, right before Christmas we were struck with an earthquake in our little town. My daughter had asked to wait in the car that day while I opened up. I asked her to come in and help and thankfully she did because my Explorer was smashed beyond compare. We lost over two hundred thousand dollars in merchandise but I will daily be thankful for my sweet baby's life. |
