| Introduction | Since I was a young girl I've always loved food. In my home happy times evolved around the kitchen and dinner table. Therefore I have always viewed food and cooking as a happy time and why not? If you realize, when gatherings occur, where do they mostly occur? Around the kitchen, because it is the heart of the home! I grew up in a latin family and needless to say that was the cuisine we had everyday. I carried it on to my children along with tastes for other cultures. I enjoy experimenting with new recipes, I have called myself the experimenter in my kitchen; I feel that cooking should never be a chore otherwise it will not come out tasty, putting that special touch and love into any recipe creates a pot of magic. I will share many of my recipes on my blog and hope that you all try it and give me your comments. My dream is to try to create my very first cookbook, but I can't do it alone, so I am counting on all my bloggers for constructive comments and suggestions. |
