| Introduction | I love sport l could write forever on this subject, I used to like formula 1 but now it's boring. My passion for sport started with football, come on I'm English of course it's football, I played all the time from age 4 to 36, now I love to watch it, easier on the legs I find. My biggest love for any game though is snooker, I played all my life and even taught it to schools back home in uk, I also play pool which is like a baby brother of snooker, much esier also than the huge snooker table, do you see a pattern emerging here :) The older you get the more you try to find games that get easier, I loved Tennis, now I like table tennis (ping pong) But this can't be said for the next sport I started, I had done down hill ski-ing but then thought its a good idea if you live in Estonia to learn cross country ski-ing, not because there are no mountains here other than Muna Magi which translated into English means 'Egg hill' but more out of necessity, have you tried walking round Tallinn old town during winter? girls how the hell do you do it in stilhetto heels? | Interests | I love to sing, cook, I love to play pool, I love dogs but don't have one here yet. So many things interest me, I like foreign countries, I have spent many years of my life living and working in different countries, Portugal, Thailand, Australia, Holland, Scotland (it's another country) and the last 8 yers in Estonia, where next? I don't know yet, maybe here for longer. I love dogs I had a German Shepherd from the age of 8 weeks til he died at the age of 13, I miss you Sam. | Favorite Movies | I like mainly comedies, but depends on my mood, I also like good crime thrillers, don't like violence in movies, I think you can watch the news for that, sorry but can't stand sc-fi movies, or disaster movies, in fact most sc-fi movies are a disaster. My favourite actors include Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro (so imagine how happy I was watching the Focker movies) Clint Eastwood, Jack Nicholson, Leslie Neilson...........I will add more later when I think some more, ah yes, I really like films like notting hill, Julia Roberts is an excellent actress, I think Hugh Grant is an awful actor but hey he is good looking and he does get some great roles because of that rather than his acting ability, also Love actually and Bridgette jones are gret films, even so called 'Chick Flicks' such as you got mail, Sleepless in Seattle and 'What Women Want with Mel Gibson, great movies. TV, OH now here is a subject I adore, I am big into TV. Ok here we go, my favourite show on TV at the moment is Monk, I actually watched one lastnight and it was rubbish right up until the end, the one with the woman that had got Trudys' eyes by transplant when Trudy was killed by a car bomb, that redeemed it and that's what it is about this show, it is sheer genius, all the characters, the writing and the acting 1st class, superb tv. I do have one critisism of the show, he solves every crime, 'I know what happened' well why can he not solve the most important one of all his wifes murder, now there's a thing. I adore the office (The original from UK) Ricky Gervais is the man. I love discovery channel and true life crimes, I love disaster docummenatries about plane crashes, probably contributes to my fear of flying. My favourites are classic British comedies like Mrs Bucket, 'it's Bouquet', Vicar of Dibley, The fast show, Married with children is ok but I'm not a big fan of American so called humour |
| Favorite Music | Hmmm, difficult, the space is too small, I like a various assortment of styles, only thing I don't really like are country and rock. I worked on Radio Energy fm in Tallinn for 2 years presenting the 'Hommikul program 'Morning show' and we played mainly dancy housey stuff on there but I do appreciate many different styles. Favourite performers, Robbie williams, Elton John, Madonna, Eminem, Snoop dogg, U2, basically anyone with attitude, favourite Estonian band, Smilers, I sing one of their songs too :) Queen are probably the best band of all time in my opinion, the spice girls are proabably the worst |
| Favorite Books | I am not really a big reader, I prefer to write, the books I do read are positive thinking books, Anthony Robbins is a great motivator, I also like reading books about the origin of words and phrases, where they came from, why we use them today for example, ok im getting bored writing about this subject |
