| Introduction | Lets see...I was born and raised in MI, spent 5 years in FL, and now live in the nice quiet town of Gardner in KS. I have been married since 2002 and have two kids. We moved to KS in 2011 and LOVE it! Maybe too much...if that's possible ;) When we came to KS it was a mutual decision for me to stay home with the kiddos. Now I love them to death, but every mom needs a break! I found my outlet in the kitchen. It takes me away and that is where I find great happiness (how zen huh?!?). Anyway I have this new kick to become healthy. Ugghh...I hate when people toss that at me. I am all for healthy. Really I am, but I also require flavor and presentation (because lets face it a pile of slop just doesn't do it for me). I am not saying I require 5 star dinners or anything. Just something that looks edible and yummy. So join me as I learn the ropes one recipe at a time! |
