| Introduction | I am an active individual. I enjoy working with people. I believe in giving back to the community by making a positive difference in the lives of others. I hold high expectations of all myself and my students. I try to provide differentiated, rigorous and relevant instruction that will students compete globally in the 21st Century. Even though it is becoming increasingly difficult to reach and teach today's students, that is my mission in life. It is even more difficult without the benefit of technology. All homes are not equipped with computers and Internet connection. However, many students are technologically literate by the time they reach third grade. As an educator I have to use a variety of instructional stratagies in order to be effective. So here I am, taking a course in instructional technology for educators. Here I am, trying to maintain my balance, in the "Teaching and Learning" process. |

| Favorite books | I am an avid reader. I have several favorites. "Who Moved My Cheese" by Dr. Spencer Johnson is one of my favorites. I read mostly non-fiction materials. |
