| Introduction | I am a 1980 CSY cutter rig sailboat. My owner (or should I say boat slave) thinks I am one of the most beautiful boats ever built. Some things that make me unique are: - I have a 63' tall mast (off the waterline) - I have a 5' draft (usually this does not go well with a 63' mast but I seem to make it work) - Down below is almost all oak (You really have to see it to appreciate the beauty of oak) - I weigh slightly over 18 tonnes (dry) - I hold 400 gallons of freshwater (I can go a long way with that much water) - I hold 100 gallons of diesel - My owner tends to over do everything and I show it proudly |
