| Introduction | I don't consider myself a writer but I don't consider myself an idiot either. So if you see spelling, punctuation, or even grammatical accidents, you should take it for granted that they are simply that; accidents. They don't need to be pointed out. For anyone who wasn't asked to act as editor, or proofreader or isn't instructing me in a writing class I paid to take, to point these things out puts you in the category of "TROLL" in my opinion. Now if you would like to be a full time, on call, proofreader at no charge, please send me your credentials and references and I'll consider your application. Some people may genuinely appreciate that kind of feedback,.. though I've never met a person that appreciated it in an informal setting. Most people just think that the "spelling guy" is an egotistical dick! |
