Introduction	The Mum behind the cakes! Hello I'm Michelle a Mum of 4 who just loves to bake! I have always loved cakes and having the kids has given me lots of opportunities and excuses to bake. My passion for cupcakes has steadily grown in the last couple of years and this year I have attended several courses and gained my health and hygiene certificate. An afternoon spent up to my elbows in icing sugar, sprinkles and glitter is my idea of bliss and I just love creating the mini works of edible art that are cupcakes! I am always looking for new designs and ideas and my inspiration often comes from my children who are not only my greatest critics, but also my chief tasters! I am passionate about my baking. I want my cupcakes to be the freshest, most mouth-watering cupcakes that you will ever taste.
