Introduction	I have tasted a large variety of Italian cuisines in various restaurants, especially in Delhi. Savouring the variety of pastas and pizzas, I was always intrigued me about the procedure of making those exquisite dishes. The way the dishes would be presented would make one salivate. This was one of my motivations because in the process of creating the blog I would also research about the techniques of cooking of the particular dishes and that would augment my past knowledge on the subject.
