Introduction	I'm an 8th grade teacher in the Bronx, I lead an after school program at Iona College working with college students studying to be teachers. I only hope I could offer them insight to the world of teaching and encourage them to teach, to transform lives, one child at a time. It's exhausting! I enjoy spending valuable time with my family and friends who mean the world to me.I like to relax with a nice cup of tea, good music, and I have learned to slow down in life to embrace all it has to offer. Yoga has helped me with this. I was inspired to blog by my sister Paige whom I follow at lifecoach-paige.blogspot.com she is my personal life coach and a true inspiration in my everyday life!
