| Introduction | I received a B.A. from Kirkland College and both an M.Ed. and a certificate in technical communication from the University of Massachusetts. My company, Eyman Publications, has provided newsletter consulting, editing, production, and training to corporations and nonprofit groups. I am the outreach and community services coordinator at the Nashua Public Library, where I handle the library's marketing, public relations, and publications, including online and print newsletters. |
