| Introduction | I am a wife, mother, and journalist. I hold a bachelor's degree in English and History from Bayero University, Kano and a master's in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Since 1987 after my bachelor's degree, I have worked as a reporter, staff writer, production editor, editor, and managing editor at various newspapers in Nigeria. I was Editor-at-Large at the Sun Newspapers, and currently the executive editor of Blueprint Newspapers, in Abuja. |
