| Introduction | Hello! My name is Andrea. I love to write, and I'm an introvert, so writing about myself is a hump I can't quite get over. I can write about my experiences as a nurse, the struggles of night shift and normalcy, the never-ending battle of the bulge ... all kinds of fascinating material.... As previously mentioned, this blog is basically a way for me to journal. I'm not expecting anyone to stumble upon it and find it life changing, and I'm not in this to promote products. It's an outlet for my desire to write, a means for accountability, and to keep track of my efforts to improve my overall health and well-being. If someone finds it beneficial to them, even better! |
