| Introduction | Hello, I'm a 49 yr old wife, mother, and most recently, grandmother. I'm at a point in my life where I'm wanting, no, needing change. Not as much in the career, family or social areas of my life. But in the area of health and fitness. I want to be more fit physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Dr. Seuss has helped me realize that I have the ability to make the choices and changes that will get me anywhere I want to go. So, I'm changing course and heading in a new direction.
