| Introduction | I grew up on a cattle ranch in Montana surrounded by lots of family. From there I went to school in Nebraska to become an Occupational therapist but changed my major to nursing and have never regretted it! I then moved to Colorado to start my career after receiving my degree and it also where I fell in love with the Mountains (biking, hiking, snowboarding) and my husband Eric. His job has since taken us from Colorado to overseas but this has provided me with the perfect opportunity to stay home and raise our beautiful sons Keenan and Van. While I long for the normalcy of the U.S. and miss my family and friends, I have been mostly enjoying our travels and experiences of life abroad. We've traveled to places I never ever thought I would see in person. Where have we been/traveled to? Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Egypt, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, Greece and Tunisia. |
