| Introduction | I attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales in Providence RI, and after graduation I spent 3 years cooking in my hometown DC restaurants. In August I moved to Italy for a year: 1st learning Italian in Sorrento for a month, then spending 10 months in a professional culinary program, ItalCook, associated with the Slow Food movement. It is my solemn intention to eat as well as possible, drink the best wine available and learn how to make everything that tastes good. And then write about it. |
