Introduction	Hello, my name is Brenda, my family and friends call me Bren. I have a wonderful husband that I have been happily married to for almost half of my life. We have 3 amazing children, 2 boys and 1 spunky litte girl. I learned to cook at my mom's side when I was a child; which is how I am teaching my children to cook, lovingly by their mom's side. She gave me free reign in the kitchen and allowed me to be creative. One of the first recipes that I created on my own was my chicken and dumplings. At that time I said that the secret was thyme and time. But I have learned over the years that the real secret ingredient is love. Any dish can be made amazing if you make it with love. Take the time, use quality ingredients, enjoy what you are doing, and make it for your family with love. My creative endeavors primarly focus on cooking healthy meals for my family.
