| Introduction | Beads of Awareness is a social business which operates in Montreal QC and Northern Uganda. We support small business initiatives, education, and microfinance to assist in poverty reduction, and individual empowerment. Our mission is to promote an alternative form of globalization rooted in the values of equity, sustainability, and cooperation. We work towards this mission by supporting Ugandan artisans and paying them a fair wage for their products as well as by raising money for grassroots development projects in Uganda. |
